1997  training in Fitness and Sports massage in Prague.

 2001  course of Aromatherapy in Slovakia.

2002  training of Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage in Karlovy Vary.

Zdenka has worked as a private masseuse in various spas in Prague .

Since 1996 she used RYOR cosmetic products with herbal extracts and in 2006 she completed a workshop of Cosmetic products for Professional care and Bodyform care.

After coming to Canada, in 2006, she completed training as an Holistic healing consultant in Vancouver, Reiki 1 and Reiki 2. She has also trained in workshops of Ear Waxing Treatment, Hot Stone therapy and Raindrop Technique.

Since 2008 she is running her bussines Czechrose Natural Therapy in Vancouver.
