Holistic Health Coaching is about getting to the heart of your goals for your health and creating a road map to accomplish them. You have someone to genuinely listen to you and provide personal guidance, whether you want to overcome fatigue, recover from the damaging effects of stress, reduce cravings and sugar addictions or create balance in your eating habits. Together we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance. Your personalized program will radically improve your health and happiness.

Debra left a corporate career to follow her passion in learning the psychology of habit change and proactive diet and lifestyle practices that strengthen the body’s innate ability to prevent and recover from health issues. Her education at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition has equipped her with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching and preventative health. Drawing on these skills and her knowledge of different dietary theories, she works with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results.
